We know that many of our customers don’t work 9-5, and that many of them need quotes, price confirmations or other information into the evening to help them plan. For this reason we’re extending our office hours.
Effective immediately we’re open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
This means that your account manager will be available earlier and later, than previously possible. However, due to courier and Royal Mail cut off times, shipping cut off times are not being extended to 8pm.
You are also still able to purchase from our shop 24 hours a day, as well as using our request a quote feature, which has recently been updated to make it a little smarter, and more efficient.
