Production Zones

Stanley & Stella products are manufactured in 2 production zones.
Zone 1 - Asia: Bangladesh & Pakistan
Finishing is completed in the UK.


Production & Distribution Stages

Stage 1 - Cotton Growing
The cotton is grown in India in the provinces of Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Gujarat.

Stage 2 - Transportation
The cotton is transported from the fields to the Mills by truck or sea freight container.

Stage 3 - Cotton Spun & Processed
Dependent upon orders and suppliers the yarn is spun within factories in India: Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Secunderadad. In Bangladesh: Dhaka. In Pakistan: Lahore.

Stage 4 - Shipping
The products are dispatched from the factory, the primary transportation is on Sea-freight Containers from Chittagong Bangladesh and Lahore Pakistan to Antwerp Harbour via the Suez Canal. The containers are unloaded in Katoen Natie (KTN) in Kallo (Antwerp) the biggest European private photovoltaic producer with more than 900.000 square meters of solar panels on the warehouses rooftop.

Stage 5 - Shipping
The products are then transported from KTN to the UK mainly using DPD Total Zero (Carbon Neutral Delivery), or sometimes by truck on pallets for large in-frequent deliveries.

Stage 6 - Finishing and Delivery
The products are transported to our printshop via DPD Total Zero (Carbon Neutral Delivery) where products are checked and printed on. Following this products are then delivered to the customer in biodegradable packaging or recycled boxes.


Carbon Footprint Reduction
Compared to conventional cotton, organically grown cotton has 46% reduced global warming potential; ensuring products have a reduced impact.

Water Usage Reduction
Neutral® products made from organic cotton, consume 91% less blue water than conventional cotton products.
Blue water is defined as Fresh surface and groundwater, in other words, the water in freshwater lakes, rivers and aquifers.

Production & Distribution Stages

The cotton is grown in the Aegean Region of Turkey.

Stage 2 - Transportation
The cotton is transported from the fields to the Mills by truck.

Stage 3 - Cotton Spun & Processed
The cotton is spun within factories in Aegean Region of Turkey close to Izmir.

Stage 4 - Shipping
The products are dispatched from the factory, the primary transportation is via boat, using a trailer on a special Cargo ferry from Izmir Habor to Triest in North of Italy.

Stage 5 - Shipping
The products are then trucked from Triest to Katoen Natie (KTN) in Kallo (Antwerp).

Stage 6 - Shipping
The products are then transported from KTN to UK mainly using DPD Total Zero, or sometimes by truck on pallets for large in-frequent deliveries.

Stage 7 - Finishing and Delivery
The products are transported to our printshop via DPD Total Zero (Carbon Neutral Delivery) where products are checked and printed on. Following this products are then delivered to the customer in biodegradable packaging or recycled boxes.
