Christmas Update
We’re currently closed for Christmas (Dec 20th - Jan 2nd), with a small skeleton staff handling urgent issues. Response times may be slower than usual—thank you for your patience.
Orders placed after 13th December will be fulfilled in the New Year. Orders placed before this, or confirmed by your account manager for pre-Christmas delivery, should arrive on time. Please note, that couriers are under stain this time of year and delays are possible.
You’ll receive a text on the day of delivery, which should be no later than 23rd December. If your delivery hasn’t arrived, please let us know. We’re doing everything we can to assist.
