Case Study
Ranked as London’s top university three years in a row, LSE holds a fantastic reputation as a leading university. The university is also leading the way with its commitment to sustainability and the environment, currently standing as a First Class University in the People and Planet 2015 University League. With continued improvement year on year LSE has gone from strength to strength, incorporating sustainability into all of it’s practices.
With such strong environmental and ethical values upheld across the University, the University believed it to be vital to also consider the impact of their uniforms; this lead to an initiative to ensure that all staff clothing was purchased from Fairtrade suppliers.
Following a great deal of research and testing, A.M. Custom Clothing was selected as a supplier for Fairtrade staff uniforms across the University. Providing the estates division with embroidered Fairtrade polo shirts and sweatshirts, for their staff.
Over the last 12 months our reach across the University has continued to expand, and we now supply a number of departments, catering to an array of clothing requirements.
